Like most girls I love make-up, I love experimenting and trying new products. More than just loving make up though, I love make-up brushes. I’m constantly trying to find the best ones, I swear If you saw my whole make up collection you would think I was a make up artist because of the size of my collection. I am always on the hunt for the best make up bags.
For years I used the Victoria Secret Travel Case cosmetic bags, which open up in to two pockets allowing you to separate your brushes and make up. I loved that they came in a variety of vibrant patterns and colours like leopard print, bright pink and black glitter. However the downside to these bags was they aren’t the cheapest at just under £40 and after having 3 over the years, every zip has broken which is just annoying. There are now cheaper versions of these on the market but maybe because I have too much make up I always found I’d have to leave stuff out as it nearly bursting at the seams.
Then I came across My Kit Co. I had a few friends recommend them but to be honest I just thought it was an instagram hype, but I decided to take a look at the website.

“My Big Brush Buddy”
The first thing I came across was the ‘My Brush Buddy’ now as a lover of brushes this was something I just couldn’t resist. With its four separate compartments its perfect to keep your brushes organised and you can arrange them by base, eyes, pencils even. I even added my brush cleaner to it. Its great because you aren’t mixing it with your make up which means they keep cleaner and it makes it so much easier to just pick them out.
I then purchased the ‘Neat & Tidy’ organiser which at the price of just £26 comes with four separate bags. It means you can organise your make up from eye shadow palettes to your foundations and bronzers. I’m sure every girl wastes so much time when they are doing there make up just looking for their blusher. Well this helps saves time as its not all shoved in to one bag.
I then finished off my collection with the ‘My Travel Buddy.’ I’m not going to lie I feel this product is aimed more for make-up artists but I found it was great for organising my hair products, hair accessories and with the two internal meshed zipped pockets it allows me to organise my hair grips and bobbles. As I am performer I often have to carry a lot of makeup and products around and this also makes it easier.
Im not sure if this still applies but at the time of buying it also came with a free PVC pouch which you could choose from small or large. I have used these to organise my nail polishes.
The two best things about My Kit Co. is the affordability, such a great price for quality items and the variety of products you can choose from. Your make up kit will never be unorganised again. This is not an AD just a review from a very satisfied customer. If you don’t believe me check out their website and be amazed for yourself.
It’s the week of Love (and also pancakes) which means it’s that time of year to find the perfect gift that says ‘I Love you.’
I lurrrvvee Love but I’m not the biggest fan of Valentines day, I’d personally rather go out on a date and be showered with gifts when my calendar doesn’t tell me too and restaurants aren’t over charging. That being said valentines day gifts don’t need to break the bank so here is my top 5 gift ideas that are sure to make your partner love you just that little bit more.
Please note: These are all things I have either been given as gifts or received, so I know what Im talking about!
1. DATE JAR
The gift that just keeps on giving. All you need is a jar and some paper. Write some cute date ideas down and then throughout the year you can pick one out and off you go. They can range from romantic to adventurous whatever floats your boat.
2. MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE
Whilst I’m on boats, another great gift idea is a message in a bottle. Once again all you need is an empty bottle and some paper. Write down your favourite Love quote, 10 things you love about your partner or just simply I love you. Tie it with a ribbon and you may just get lucky.
3. 52 REASONS WHY I LOVE YOU
Talking of luck, how about a deck of cards made into a book with all the reason you love your boyfriend/girlfriend. I have actually received this gift before and believe me its EPIC! All you need is some ring binders or key rings, a full deck of cards and some paper (apparently I love a paper gift). On each card you write down a reason you love that person. Cute I know.
I ran out of ways to link my ideas! You can never go wrong with a scrapbook and its also fun for you to make, so really everyone wins. All you need is a book, lots of photos, a pen and maybe some glitter. Its always nice to reminisce on the memories you have made and laugh at your old selves. Lets be honest who doesn’t LOVE a scrapbook.
5. A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS
Polaroids and Instagram are all the rage these day so why not combine the two for the perfect Cupids day gift. Print out some of your fave insta snaps with you and your beau and create a picture perfect frame. All you need is a string photo frame (available here) and your snaps. Then hang it on your wall to show the world how lucky you are to have found each other.
“You don’t need someone to complete you. You only need someone to accept you completely.”

How fast did 2017 go? I only hope this year slows down just a little because I’m getting older and I am NOT a fan of it. My 2018 promise was to dedicate more time to my blog however I spent the whole of January in LA and just didn’t have time, so starting now this is my priority.
But first here are some of my 2017 highlights..
Well Im cheating slightly as my favourite holiday was to Croatia! Except it wasn’t actually a holiday it was work, but if being surrounded by the most amazing people on the beautiful island of Vis is work then sign me up any day!
This year I was lucky enough to work on 3 films. Murder on the Orient Express which is out already and 2 that will be out in the next two years. I guess nothing can really compete with that. Here is some pics of my time on set for MOTOE!
Easy! For christmas I received a special edition book ‘Murder on the Orient Express’ which included beautiful photographs from the set. Although I’m not in any of the photos it’s such a lovely keepsake and reminder of the wonderful time I had.
‘The Greatest Show’ from The Greatest Showman soundtrack! Actually the whole album is just incredible.

I know it’s not Christmas anymore but YOU HAVE TO WATCH THIS!!!! I was lucky to work on the costumes and set design and I’m so proud of what the boys achieved. It will definitely get you in the Christmas Spirit.
.Favourite TV Show.
Well its the last time I can say this so it has to be Pretty Little Liars. I wasn’t blown away by the ending but I have loved it since the beginning and I will miss watching it every week. Im also so glad Spoiler and Spoiler ended up together.
This has to be being on set, dancing on a boat in the middle of the sea with a helicopter flying over us. This might sound strange but it was honestly the most fun Ive had in years. (Thats probably quite sad). Check it out in the trailer below, see if you can spot me (Heres a hint 2:20)
‘Whoever is trying to bring you DOWN, is already BELOW you’
Over the last few years swimwear has become less about tanning and more about fashion, even more so with the rise of beach clubs and programmes like TOWIE!
The Beach Club Bikini
This look is all about looking good not about how to get the best tan! If you are off to a beach club or spending the day on a booze cruise, it is essential you find the right swimwear. Opt for either a strappy bikini or swimsuit. Finish the look with a wedge and some fabulous jewellery. If you are looking for the perfect beach jewellery check out my friends company Feather and Chain.
Teeny Tiny Tanner
If you are off on a girly holiday or just for a romantic getaway you can always find time to top up your tan. However unless you want to look like a Zebra its best to ditch the strappy bikini and opt for a more basic look. I recommend a micro triangle top that allows you to pull the straps down without missing that all important cleavage paired with a thin strap bottom. You can always choose a thong bottom but that just depends on how confident you are. Of course you can always choose the topless look but that’s not for everyone.
I know the thought of Summer can be a dreaded time for some, not only because of hay fever. The idea of having your body on show for everybody to see makes you want to cover up. Well I’m here to tell you to embrace your curves, your the scar, your cellulite, those stretch marks or the lack of boobs you have. Whatever the case may be love your body and embrace everything summer has to offer. If you’re still a bit worried here’s some solutions to make your Summer more comfortable.
Covered up cutie
Bikinis seem to be coming a thing of the past with swimsuits really taking over and no longer just being for someone over a certain age range or on the curvy side. So for what ever the reason you don’t want to get your stomach out there are some very chic and stylish swimsuits about. Pair it with an oversized floppy sun hat to really get heads turning. Or if you’re feeling playful I love a quote or location swim costume. Another favourite look of mine, if you’re feeling brave and want to bare a little bit of skin, is a high waisted bikini still keeping you chic and covered.
Sexy and Strapless
When going on your travels its essential you pack at least one strapless bikini. After all sometimes you don’t want to pull your straps down and deal with the hassle of that. If you are a girl with a smaller chest and you haven’t yet embraced it, this style is perfect for you. It gives the illusion that there is something there especially if you get a padded strapless bikini.
Gone are the days of those awful ‘tank top’ bikinis but what I have noticed is a new trend of a longer bodied bikini with usually halter neck strap or sometimes off the shoulder. I think these have replaced the tank top and thank goodness because they are way more stylish. This style of bikini top is not great for tanning. However it is great to pair with some shorts and rock it as a top. That way at a moments notice you can be ready to jump in the pool or sea without feeling like you are walking around half naked.
I understand swimwear can be expensive but the great thing is it will last you for a few years, even the cheaper ones. I feel like there is always the tendency to over pack but I guarantee of you pack at least one of each of these styles you will not come unstuck on your travels. Finally remember swimwear is just like underwear it should always be matching.
Spring has Sprung but it’s that annoying season where one day its sunny and the next its raining and the question becomes WHAT AM I GOING TO WEAR!
Well never fear the answer is here with my TOP 5 must try Looks!
The Tailored Girly
If you have been doing a lot of shopping you will notice there is a lot of brightly coloured wide legged trousers, flares or a few Peg trousers around. I think this is a great Spring look but the key is styling it with the right top. I love a shirt with it but you don’t want to feel like your working in an office so try opting for a shirt with either floral or stripe detail and maybe even a little ruffle. Finish off the look with a pair of Mules or maybe a simple court shoe and an equally as colourful bag. The bright colours and floral extras will give you just the right balance between girly and androgynous!
The Lazy Girl
These shift style, throw on dresses are such a reasonable price and come in a range of colours, patterns and designs. Meaning it is the perfect dress for that on the move girl. Lets be honest sometimes you’re in a rush and just don’t have time to iron but you want to look like you have made an effort, if thats you get one of these dresses NOW! Pair it with some wedges or even a little ankle boot and you are good to go. Wow the crowd with a look that is so simple!
The Hot and Cold
Spring weather is so unpredictable one minute its lovely and sunny, the next its April showers. I know it seems knitwear is only for winter but a thin jumper can really save you on those cooler nights. There are many sweatshirts and jumpers around, all with some really cool features like a flared sleeve or a giant ruffle. Style this with a mini skirt in either Leather, PVC or even vinyl (keep reading to hear all about that) and you have the perfect spring look for that uncontrollable weather. Finish the look off with either a pair of mules or a cute little ankle boot. If it freezing (this is England after all) you could also rock it with some jeans.
Workin’ It Workwear
There are so many Pencil Skirts around at the moment each with a little something different. A giant frill, Statement buttons or just simply in gingham print. Whatever it might be, it’s a great look however similar to the wide trousers, it can easily look like your off to the office. With the skirt I’ve found the best thing is to stay clear of pairing it with a shirt, even if it has got florals on it. Instead opt for a ‘cold shoulder’ top or even a simple T-shirt. Don’t go too fancy on top and let the skirt speak for itself. To carry the look into the evening, pair with a simple court shoe.
A blazer is definitely a must have item this season. It’s the perfect item to keep you warm enough when the temperature starts to dip at night or just on those cooler days. It also feels a little more dressed up than a denim jacket. I am huge fan of vinyl this season. There is a lot of it around from coats to trousers. Here I have styled myself in some vinyl jeans. These will last so much longer than just normal white jeans and won’t fade in the wash although they are slightly warm, so will probably not carry over into the summer months. You could finish this look off with just a Tee but I’ve gone for something a little more unexpected with this stripe plunge neck top. Stripes are a huge trend now and really pop when with a plainer item. Depending on the time of day, finish this look off with a dainty heel or a relaxed loafer.

I am a 26 year old shopaholic who doesn’t believe in wearing the same thing twice. I live in London in a 2 bed flat that I share with my friend and my boyfriend, who almost has as many clothes as I do. Needless to say having storage space is not a luxury I have. My bedroom is essentially a walk in wardrobe with a bed in the middle.
So here are a few helpful hacks to making the most of your space or lack of. Trust me I’m qualified.
1. A Bed is NOT just for sleeping!
I recommend buying a bed with either drawers attached or one that is high enough to fit boxes underneath. A divan bed is just not suitable for a dedicated slave to fashion. If it’s too late and you have already bought a bed, my thoughts are with you but you should of found me sooner.
2. SHOES are a girls Best Friend!
If you are lucky enough to own a pair or more, of expensive designer shoes I understand you want to keep the box and rightly so. They cost more than a pet they and they deserve to be treated properly. But for all your everyday shoes it’s time to ditch the boxes. There are some great shoe storage options available. I recommend for your casual flat shoes (eww) and trainers purchasing an over the door holder, not the racks they are terrible and will fall apart but the ones with pockets are great. Then for your heels you can get these great boxes that are clear so you can see which shoes are in them, they also feature sliding drawers so you don’t have to move everything just to get to the bottom pair.
3. Change with the Seasons
Just imagine, it’s spring/summer. Likelihood is you are not going to wear a thick jumper (if living in the U.K. Leave one out as a precaution). So pick out the A/W looks you won’t be wearing and sort through them. If they are just a basic shirt which you probably won’t wear again because you will buy something similar next year in a different colour, put it in a bin bag. However if it is something that maybe costs a bit more money, is Unique or looks timeless put it in a box and store them under your bed. Then when it’s time to change the seasons you repeat the whole process again.
4. Sell! Sell! Sell!
But what about the clothes in the bin bag I hear you ask? Well one option is to throw them away but that just doesn’t seem right. The best thing to do is either take them to a charity shop or if you want a bit of money for them but it’s not worth the hassle of setting up an eBay post, there are plenty of companies that will buy your items and pay roughly 50/60p per kilo. It’s not a lot however if you have a lot of bags it does start to add up. Some of them even take shoes and bedding. When it comes to the more expensive outfits or maybe evening dresses I suggest Once a year taking a look at what you have, ask yourself am I going to wear this again? Is this a timeless look? If the answer is no.. sell it! eBay! Depop! Instagram!
5. Love or Louboutins?
To all serious fashionistas try to avoid living with a significant other until you can afford an apartment with a Carrie Bradshaw style wardrobe.
I know having a minimalistic room or house is the dream but if you are shopping obsessed, sacrifices have to be made. So try taking it as a positive and a push you need to work harder. The more money you make the quicker you will get to a walk in wardrobe oh and of course that much needed pair of Louboutins.
A Little bit about me then, I’m a professional dancer/performer by day (and night tbf) and a shopaholic since birth. I like Clothes (Obviously), All things Harry Potter, SHOES, films and anything ROSE GOLD!
My Job has allowed me to work with some amazing artists such as Little Mix, Rita Ora to name a few and on your Fave Tv Shows The X factor, The Voice, Saturday Night Take Away. My most recent experiences have been on the stage in Londons West End! And my dreams were fulfilled when I got to ‘go to the ball’ and be a part of Disney’s Cinderella (Try and Spot Me). But enough about dance back to fashion.
I have a little Instagram page I recently started showing off all my daily outfits and where you can purchase them. Make sure you give it a follow and hopefully you will find some inspiration for your wardrobe. https://www.instagram.com/who.wear.y/?hl=en
I also started up a YouTube channel involving all things fashion, as I felt so many channels were dedicated to beauty. Sometimes make-up gets mentioned because I’m a girly girl who likes to get dressed up but I have really had fun coming up with video ideas that are based solely on clothes and fashion and obviously I LOVE a Good HAUL!
One of my first videos I did was ‘The Bin Bag Challenge.’ Making a dress out of bin bags not as easy as it may seem. SPOILER ALERT: I even wore it to Westfield Shopping Centre!!
I’m literally sat at work right now and just decided to write a blog. It seemed the like the next step. So I look forward to coming up with some creative ideas for all you wonderful people reading this. I will be giving you some great things new in the world of fashion and might fill you in on some of the exciting dance jobs I’m on.
But for now Hope you had a lovely Christmas and here is some of my FAVE looks of 2016!
